Write it in a sentence. It becomes an agent that works inside your limits.
Your price list, your floor, your buyers.
Continue with GoogleYou already have the demand. Orders slip through four gaps.
Buyers order from the supplier who answers first, completely, at a price that holds. Every gap between the ask and the answer is an order at risk.
Slow replies
The buyer orders from whoever answers first.
Guessed prices
A rushed discount wins the order and loses the margin.
Missing details
A quote the buyer can't act on means another round of emails.
Forgotten quotes
A sent quote with no follow-up quietly dies.
Six specialists. One quote. You're the manager.
Not a chatbot. A desk of agents, each with one job, passing the work down the line — the way your best inside-sales team would, without the wait.
AI that is never allowed to give away your margin.
Agents propose. Your rules decide. No agent, rule or automation can send a price beneath your margin floor — only a person can, on purpose, and it's on the record.
The floor is law
Every line, every quote, every automation is checked before anything leaves your outbox.
Rules become agents
Decide how much your desk does on its own. Turn it up as it earns your trust.
Every approval is a lesson.
Each time you approve, edit or answer a question, your desk records why. It learns your prices, your customers and your exceptions — and asks you less every week.

What does Broost AI actually do?
It turns the buyer requests you already get into quotes your buyers can say yes to — complete, priced from your list, above your margin, in minutes — so more of them become orders. You approve and send every one from your own email.
Does Broost AI place or process orders?
No. Broost AI stops at the quote and records whether it was won, lost or got no reply. Orders stay in your own system.
Who is Broost AI for?
Distributors, wholesalers and the sales reps who quote by hand from a price list — in any product category. A rep can start free on their own; a company can run one shared desk for the whole team.
Does Broost AI email my customers?
Never on its own. Every quote goes out from your own email address, after you approve it. Your buyers simply receive a quote from you, in your format.
Can it ever quote below my margin?
No agent, rule or automation can. Only a person on your team can send below your floor — after a clear warning, on purpose — and every override is recorded.
What happens when it doesn’t know a price?
It never invents one. It drafts everything it can, marks the gap and asks you for that one number. Your answer joins your pricing record, so it doesn’t ask twice.
Do I need to change my email or systems?
No. Forward RFQs to your desk address from Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox. There’s no ERP project to start — your price list is enough.
What do I need to get started?
Your price list (a CSV export from your spreadsheet or system), your margin floor and your usual terms. No price list to hand? Start from your website and replace it later.
What kinds of RFQs can it read?
The email itself, plus PDF, Excel, Word and CSV attachments. Messy, forwarded and reply-all threads are fine.
How do I know a quote is right?
Every line shows how it was matched and what its price is based on — list, contract or a rule you set. You review before anything goes, and the desk learns from every edit you make.
Is my data private?
Your catalogue, prices, customers and quotes are visible only inside your workspace. Your data trains only your desk — never anyone else’s.
What does it cost?
Free for sales reps: 30 sent quotes a month, with unlimited drafts. Company plans are priced by quotes sent, never per seat — at launch prices from $99 a month for 100 quotes. Drafts, discarded quotes, clarifying questions and re-quotes within 30 days are always free.
Can my team share one desk?
Yes. Invite teammates to share one catalogue, one floor and one set of rules — each with full or view-only access.
Your next order is already in your inbox.
Set up in minutes with your own price list. Your floor, your rules, your desk.
